1. General β These Terms govern use of lilogre.com (orders, sales contracts, delivery, payment, complaints, returns). Contact π§ customer.lilogre@outlook.com. Placing an order means you accept these Terms.
2. Orders & contract β Orders 24/7. To order: add to cart; choose delivery and payment; provide required details; confirm you've read the Terms and Privacy Policy. Placing an order is an offer; the contract forms when we confirm by email. We may refuse an order for unavailability, payment problems, or incorrect/incomplete details. You must be 18 or older to place an order.
3. Prices & payment β Prices in USD, including applicable taxes where required. Payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Orders process after payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery β Within the United States. Costs/methods/times are in the "Shipping Policy." Processing counts from payment confirmation. Check the package on delivery; if damaged, document with the carrier.
5. Complaints (defects) β Products are brand new. File a complaint for a defect at π§ customer.lilogre@outlook.com with a description and order details; handled within 14 days.
6. Returns & cancellations β See the separate "Return & Refund Policy." You acknowledge that worn or washed children's apparel has a hygienic nature, which may exclude the right of return.
7. Product use & supervision β LilOgre garments are costume-style loungewear for babies and toddlers. Choose the correct size using the size chart, inspect the garment before each use, and stop using it if any seam, hood, or trim becomes loose or damaged. Adult supervision is required whenever your child wears it. The garment is not a safety device and does not replace safe-sleep guidance from your pediatrician.
8. Liability β We are not liable for use contrary to the product description or care instructions, for subjective impressions of fit, color, or style (if the item matches its description and is defect-free), or for damage from use contrary to the intended purpose.
9. Final provisions β Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the law applicable at LilOgre's place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. We may change these Terms; changes don't affect prior orders. Effective July 27, 2026.
